I think it has all the features that other pdf signing software offers and it's well priced! I use it on a regular basis for all my pdf signing needs.

I think user interface can be improved but so far I've gotten used to it so it's not so bad.

COBRA notices that the employer or plan administrator must furnish include: ... The election notice, which must be provided to qualified beneficiaries within 14 days of the administrator being notified of a COBRA-qualifying event.
The general notice describes general COBRA rights and employee obligations. This notice must be provided to each covered employee and each covered spouse of an employee who becomes covered under the plan. The notice must be provided within the first 90 days of coverage under the group health plan.
DOL regulations include specific detailed requirements for the contents of the notice and the timing of its delivery. The initial notice communicates to plan participants their COBRA rights and obligations and must be furnished by the plan administrator within 90 days after coverage begins.
Employer has 30 days from the loss of coverage to notify the plan administrator.* Plan Administrator has 14 days to provide a COBRA election notice to the former employee/qualified beneficiary. Qualified beneficiary has 60 days from the date of the notification to make an election to continue enrollment in the plan(s).

Regardless when in the enrollment period you complete the form and pay your premiums, COBRA coverage always begins the day after your standard coverage ends. In most cases, employer-sponsored coverage ends the last day of the final month of your employment, meaning COBRA begins the first day of the following month.
The administrator of the health plan must provide the employee a notice of eligibility for continued coverage within 14 days of the date the insurance company was notified of the qualifying event. If the employee elects continuation but is not qualified, the plan has 14 days to notify the employee of that fact.
