THIS SYSTEM IS AWESOME! I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANY PDF APPLICATON CONVERT A FORM INTO AN INTERACTIVE DOCUMENT AS QUICKLY AS PDF FILLER. IT'S NOT FAST, IT'S IMMEDIATE!FAST (I ALREADY SAID THAT.) EASY, ACCURATE, SMOOOTH.THIS IS WHAT THEY MEAN WHEN THEY DESCRIBE A SYSTEM AS "USER FRIENDLY." The level of communication the team has is second to none. Best customer experience. I recently tried the free trial, I forgot to cancel after the free trial because I needed their service @ that time only. When then cancel my subscription I didn't get a refund, but the team explained to me why that happed if do want a refund what should I do.I then followed the steps and within the time they said , I got my refund. Keep up the great work team

This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again if I had a need.TL

CUstomer service gave me so much consideration by cancelling one of the two accounts and process the refund of my cancelled account.

What do you like best?
I like how easy it is to load my documents into pdfFiller & the multiple option for export when I'm finished.
What do you dislike?
Not a fan of the constant email verification especially since I've been using it for 3 years now & this is something just started in 2020 (it seems)

I don't have a fax so its much easier for me to receive email documents, sign them with the signature feature in pdfFiller, and send directly to the recipient from the program. I get a notification, too, telling me my document has been downloaded. This has helped me a lot lately.

Well I'm still learning But the Draw option is AWESOME ,It lets you Sign in Real Time + It's Your Real Signature,Not a Generated one from putting text in a box and using thePC's script font to generate a signature ..
