I was looking for this solution. I work from multiple locations and multiple computers and using other pdf softwares that only allowed me to use the software on a certain number of registered devices was not a good solution for me anymore. I would have given this 5 stars, but I am still learning to use it, and I wish it was faster. In all fairness, the the lags may have to do with the processor in the chromebook I am primarily using it on right now which may not be that fast. It was an inexpensive device so it is very possible that my device is the reason for the slow transitions and not the software.

Select the rows you want to group together in your table. Move the pointer over a row number in your selection, then choose To create Group for Selected Rows. If there are no other categories in the table, a source column called Category 1 is added to the end of the table.
In the Organize sidebar, click the Sort tab. Click the pop-up menu in the sidebar and choose Sort Entire Table or Sort Selected Rows. Click Add a Column. Choose a column to sort by, then click the pop-up menu in the rule and choose Ascending or Descending.
Modify axis labels Click the chart, then, in the Format sidebar, click the Axis tab. Do either of the following: Modify markings on the value axis: Click the Value (Y) button near the top of the sidebar. Modify markings on the category axis: Click the Category (X) button near the top of the sidebar.
Click the source column cell that contains the category name you want to change. Note: The summary row label containing the category name can't be edited. Type a new name, then press Return.
