Customer support was top notch. They resolved my print issues with my form. The reason I did not give it 5 stars and would not recommend is that I Googled for a form to fill out for a US Passport. I didn't expect to find one i could fill in on line. What was not apparent was that ONLY AFTER SPENDING 30 MINUTES FILLING OUT THE FORM did I find out I had to pay $20 to print, save, fax, email or share the form. Customer service was great, but did not want to sign up for a monthly pdf service or pay $20 for 1 form.

I found this site by using Google. I then had a few questions that were resolved by chatting with an agent. The agent gave me a 3 day free trial. I was able to do what I needed and purchased a subscription.

Quick download, easy fillable PDF forms online
very practical online fillable forms but using the snail mail from the IRS, i was able to obtain the same forms via mail a week later. I like its free trial but only needed the 2022 W2 form and not the entire services

I made a mistake and bought a year subscription instead of one month as I needed, I immediately emailed customer support and thought I would be waiting days for a reply if I was lucky, but to my surprise I received a response within 2 minutes. She offered to change my subscription and refund the rest of my money, I of course excepted and they changed it immediately! ***** ******** for your amazing customer service! How do I type letters on my phone keypad?
