I don't like that you have to hard return on open spaces or the text goes off the page. I don't like how there is not any guidance on the cursor in pre-developed forms-there should at least be a grid view option. I do like how clean it looks and intuitive it is to use.

I would give it a 5 except that when I go to edit a template, it shows up with over 1/2 or 3/4's of the page covered up! I have to keep closing it & reopening it to maybe finally work! Very frustrating.

No more printing and filling out forms by hand.

I used to be able to upload a signature from an iPhone photo, and it could be placed on a document in a way that it look like it was written there, and not a pasted photo. I liked this and cannot seem to do this anymore.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It's amazing how many forms still need to be filled out by hand in this age of tech and no typewriters. Printing documents, hand writing, then rescanning to a recipient is messy, time consuming and wastes ink and paper. Besides, make a mistake, and you need to start over with a new form. And don't get me started with "white out." PDFiller streamlines all this and results in a very neat, professional looking document. I do lots of contracts, and don't always get red-line drafts to work with. I can use PDFiller do do red-lining (word-processing changes to early drafts) and send them right back to the counter-parts. Then with the final draft the PDFiller signature feature allows me to initial or sign, and send - again without printing/rescanning. Since for many transactions e-transmitted signatures, as opposed to "wet" signatures, has become standard and legally acceptable the process is now a breeze. And if I still have to go back for further revisions the prior versions are all saved in PDFiller.

When do I get paid after I certify? If your certification responses are approved, benefits are paid within 2-3 business days. (Federal & State holidays may delay payments by an additional 24 hours.)
You should receive payment within a couple of days after receipt of your filed claim every two weeks, if you used Direct Deposit. UI Checks are only valid for 12 months after he dates issued.
After you have filed a UI claim, you must certify every two weeks that you are continuing to meet eligibility requirements to be paid benefits.
Receive benefit payments. Typically, the process repeats every two weeks.
Call the UI Self-Service Phone Line 1-866-333-4606, available 24 hours a day, to hear recorded general unemployment insurance information. This includes information on how to complete your UI claim forms, file appeals, overpayment instructions, and employment and training information.
Certification Dates You must certify every two weeks to receive your benefits. After you apply for unemployment benefits, IDES assigns you a certification day, which is either a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.
If you miss your regular call day (Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday), you may still certify on Thursday or Friday of that same week, either online or by calling (Tele-Serve). You may also certify on your regular call day in the following week (or Thursday or Friday of that week).
Frequently Asked Question After that, you must certify every 2 weeks (bi-weekly) on your specific certification day (Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday). Hours of operation are from 5:00 AM to 7:30 PM CST. If you miss your certification day, you may file on Thursday or Friday of the same week.
