Easy to use, but seems like a lot of steps to go through to get to the documents and to save them to my computer. I have to save it to my computer to print it because printing from the program doesn't get it all printed on the 8.5x11" paper so leaves information off.

It takes approximately 6 to 8 weeks from the close of the term for colleges to review graduation applications and submit their decisions to the Registrar's office for processing. Diplomas are ordered once a student has been approved and a degree officially conferred and posted.
Log in to CUNYfirst. Click on “Self Service.” Click on “Student Center.” Click on “My Academics.” Select “View my graduation status.”
Your expected graduation date should be placed next to your degree or diploma, within the education section of your resume. When you're still studying, this section should sit above your job experience.
Contact the school. Most college registrars will confirm dates of attendance and graduation, as well as degrees awarded and majors, upon request. Research the school on the Internet. Ask the applicant for proof of the degree and the school's accreditation.
To check your graduation status on UCSC go to the Student Center, click Student Advising Summary at the top of the Student Center, and click the Degree tab. Your degree status will be displayed.
Who Should Apply to Graduate. Students who will complete requirements for a degree in a given semester must make a written application for graduation. Applying to graduate means you want your degree conferred and officially recorded on your academic transcript (whether you attend the commencement ceremony).
