When documents are locked by other applications such as DocuSign you cannot sign them or open them with this software. You are however able to sign them on that platform after creating a separate logon with DocuSign.

Its user friendly and efficient! It makes all of contracts much easier to implement. It saves all of your information online so doesn't use your memory.

Fax option could be updated and better. I am a notary, but it would be much better if this option was more efficient as well for other people.

Best support team I have ever had. I used the dreaded "CHAT" where I usually end up banging my head against the wall. Today I chatted with Sam and I am dumbfounded how great things went! I can honestly say I have NEVER had the satisfaction that I got today! I can't even think of a chat before where I felt human afterwards. Today, I am gobsmacked how well everything went!Sam took care of what I was there for and did it with professionalism like I have NEVER experienced in a chat with a business!I can not say enough about this company! A must have for your business
Overall, this software is a very useful, less time consuming, and efficient addition for my business. I love that I can complete and sign required documents on the go with no hassle, without having to print and physically complete and sign any document.

The mobile app for this software is not that easy to use as the online (desktop) version.

Outstanding Functionality & Customer Service
I tried several pdf editors in my search to save time filling out real estate forms. I was blown away when using the editor for the first time and I inadvertently closed my browser, all of my edits were saved and waiting for me when I returned to the site - even before creating a user account! Now that's nice!
