I am very impressed at the features, especially being able to combine pdf files and edit files. I find navigating to and from the 'My Forms' area a bit clunky. The 'save as' feature takes forever to achieve, too many steps for a file that is already created. For my business, it would be a huge benefit to be able to print out a confirmation page when my faxes have been sent and received. I like to keep such confirmations with the files as proof. Works great, I have never had a problem.
Easy to fill in forms.
Easy to use. Everything is labeled well so you can find what you need to do quick. The files are always where I need them to be.
I haven't had any problems using this software. There isn't anything bad I can say because I haven't ran into anytjing.

I subscribed to the PDF filler app on Google. And without asking me they charged me. Then I contacted them and they didn't want refund my money until I told them that I was going to let everybody know about their app.

Great customer service
I messed up, and realized after being billed that I hadn't actually finished cancelling my membership. Customer service (Anna) was very helpful, voiding the payment and cancelling my membership, which is a far better policy than most companies have. Her messages were friendly and the response time was very quick.

I used this one time for squares for a fundraiser and was looking forward to continuing using this service needed for a side job; however, this side job fell through.
