It meets my needs very well. If I could get my own fax number for less than $10/month I would add that. As it is now, I have a fax separate from this but only pay $8/month so will keep and use separately. Disappointed it was so much for the add on. Also, for the edit option. Many things to do but all as add ons. For now, I like what I can do, though.

Very Easy to use and beneficial. Worth the year subscription. A lot of features to choose from. Everything you need for a functioning office to succeed. Although, I wish the Fax Features would be more affordable a month or included with the yearly subscription. I am paying half the price for Fax with another company but would love to port my number and come on board with PDFfiller for the convenience and functionality of integrating my Faxes along with my other documents all in one place. A very useful product, although a bit tricky (complex) to work with. I don't fill out enough PDFs to make a subscription worthwhile, even at the discounted 75%-off rate. Thank you for allowing me to try it!

Easiest way to send contracts
We use this for business contracts in the wedding industry. At first, it was not easy to receive contracts back but with upgrading our account that has become easier.
Ease of use to send out contracts for electronic filling and filing
Sometimes it is confusing where the contracts end up once filled. Having to pay extra for certain capabilities isn't feasible for a small startup business

I received a message saying thank you for payment on the annual subscription. I simply emailed back stating that I had cancelled the subscription before the trial period ended, and I requested a refund. I was contacted almost immediately from a representative of pdfFiller that they had cancelled the subscription and issued a credit back to me. I am impressed with how quick and easy it was. Thank you!

I submitted a help ticket and the representatives were prompt in addressing my concerns and quickly began troubleshooting the issue with me. Useful for filling out applications.
Its been so useful for applications that I'd otherwise have to write by hand. I have arthritis and writing information in tiny spaces is painful and there's never enough room for the answer. This has solved this problem.
