I needed fast, no nonsense access to CMS approved forms, HCFA1500 to be specific. This was fast, easy to use, and I can save my files to my pc. I can edit, print, e mail, fax, its great! I love it! I had questions on how to use certain edit features, I couldn't figure out, as I am not a computer "savy" person, I just get on, know what I have to do, and need it to work. The support team responded immediately to my questions and I knew I had 24-7 access to them which is important to me as I often work late at night. That is actually priceless. It's probably just me but it's hard to figure out what does what.Also trying to figure out what I can move on a PDF and what I have to erase and fill-in again. Otherwise I think it's one of the best. I should also say seems be working with my Dragon NaturallySpeaking

I needed to create new documents when…
I needed to create new documents when my original templates had disappeared because I moved and my email locked me out. PDF Filler came to the rescue and made it possible for me to create all new documents and templates and I was back in business.

Excellent features
This allowed me to add to my PDFs that I couldn't before.
This product saves time. I was trying to find something that lets me add a text box or even text to my pdf files. This product does this! Very cool!

Best customer service ever
Best customer service ever! I accidentally signed for a year and it cost me an amount of money I can't afford (it doesn't seem much, but when your local currency is way behind USD, it greatly hurts your wallet). After reaching Rachel on pdfFiller's customer service team, they not only refunded me but also waived a month of free access. I couldn't be happier of using it!
