Works smoothly and easy to use. Customer support tried to help with a "glitch" I have still not resolved. Works on my iPad perfectly but pull my docs up on desktop just sits there thinking to no end. I've just used on iPad soley since problem came up.

This product is fantastic!
It is an easier way to scan in documents that need information changed often. We have made them templates. It allows us to change already printed documents and keep the professional look.
It is an easier way to share templates with others on the team.
The ease of use and the price. The software is almost intuitive, so that almost anyone can use it without spending a lot of time. It has all the functions that get the job done.
The printing of documents requires having adobe for us. We have found that printing straight from the website, often does not print in full size. We have to save as PDF and then print. You can make it work, but it takes longer.

It has made life much easier for my clients to receive what they need in a more timely manner

When a field needs to be erased, the program always resets to add text. You have to re-select the erase button after each erased field.

Very Helpful Filler
This software is the answer on my problem before on how to edit the PDF. It is very helpful to me and to my team. Easy to access and easy to use.
Sometimes I experienced the slow loading of software but it is totally manageable to make it better.

What do you like best?
Being able to fill in documents that were previously not fillable. Being able to file some tax documents through pdfFiller has been great also.

I haven't had any problems at all with pdfFiller
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Filling out documents by hand did not look professional. Transferring the documents to pdfFiller & typing in the information is much better.

It's the best experience on pdf editors, the only thing is that i passed 10 minutes just to find how to change the color of the text, i suggest to modify the icon of the text color for better user experience and as a back-end developer I thank you for the work you are doing, work for your project, believe on it and you will have more success. It did the work as I wanted it to provide me. I will still use it for more tasks and hopefully it stands to its reputation, functionality, and super-low to free trial time length because I am still just a student.
