After a slow start and feeling misled by the "fill in your form for free" and then having to pay, I did get a full refund. The tech support was excellent - they were the only ones, that I could find, that could get me the rather complex fill in form from NY State Tax authorities (RP-5217). I still feel I should not have to pay a third party to file a required tax form - but that is an issue I'll have to take up with NYS, wish me good luck with that one.

PDFfiller is easy to use and has widely varied functionality. From the editing of documents to the administrative/management aspects of the program, it is quick and simple

Some elements of the interface gets a bit busy. It ends up leaving me with a somewhat small visual operating space. It is worth mentioning, though, that this has improved a bit in the last six months or so.

As good as DocuSign
Allows you to create pdfs that with blanks in order to easily fill out.
There are no free versions, so you pretty much just hope that a business has taken the proper steps to acquire this and utilize it.

How do I change the format of a scanned document?
Select File Format. Select Change Settings. Select the required File Format (ie: TIFF/JPEG Auto Select, TIFF, PDF, PDF/A, XPS). Select Save to save changes.
Can I scanned document be altered?
By default, scanners scan a document or page as an image. Although this image can be adjusted through an image editor, if the document contains text, that text cannot be changed or inserted into another document.
