I love the PDFfiller, I find it very easy to use.

How do I edit a PDF with text?
Add new text You can add or insert new text into a PDF using any of the fonts installed on the system. Select Tools > Edit PDF > Add Text. Open a PDF and then choose Tools > Edit PDF > Add text. Drag to define the width of the text block you want to add.

Ability to use templates was the most helpful. I like PDF filler because I can encrypt and decrypt documents, merge PDF files, crop or rotate PDF pages. It's fairly easy to use but the interface isn't great.
What do you dislike?
The user interface is not intuitive for me. I liked all other features and don't have much bad to say. I'll continue to refer people.
