Outstanding Functionality & Customer Service I tried several pdf editors in my search to save time filling out real estate forms. What do you like best? This platform is an online pdf editor, electronic signature manager and creator of PDF forms, you can send them by fax, obtain complete copies of the PDF forms sent and signed, you can also automatically extract data from Excel, CRM or database data. Share the documents by email, social networks and you can also place them on your company website. What do you dislike? We have not had any problems with this platform, the performance has been satisfactory, the pdf files are relatively basic and do not present any type of error, it seemed a good option after using other platforms with negative results, but this has been totally different. Recommendations to others considering the product: It is fully recommended, the results obtained have been very gratifying and satisfactory. You simplify a large part of the work that allows you to save time even you maintain a constant work flow. Share documents through email, social networks among others. In general it is very complete and a good option for all companies. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use PDFfiller, to obtain and receive forms from our clients, sending e-mail is excellent to communicate, this drastically reduces follow-up time and interaction failures with our work team. We also obtained a significant increase in work flow since I simplified the handling of many documents such as W-4 in addition to insurance renewals and bank authorizations. What do you like best? Very easy to upload my documents, clean them up and edit and add information. I like that it stores all my documents that I've worked with. What do you dislike? Printing from the site has so many print windows to go through. Recommendations to others considering the product: Easy, Cost Effective. There is not a lot of features to overwhelm someone. For us, it works great as we only need to edit information on new documents but only receive the originals on paper so this is the easiest to get them filled out, and into electronic format for future use What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We complete our bid documents on this program and the PDF filler keeps the information professional, legible and I can go back and edit as needed. Open an invoice past its due. Select Formatting, then choose Manage Templates. Select the invoice template you want to use and select OK. From the “Company & Transaction Information” section, select Print Past Due Stamp. Select OK.
Select the Plus icon (+) on the Toolbar. Under Customers, choose Invoice. Fill out the invoice with the necessary information. From the Product/Service drop-down, choose the finance/service charge or late fee item. Enter the amount of the charge. Select Save and close.
Click the Gear icon. Select Account and Settings. Click the Sales tab on the left and then click the pencil icon for Sales form content. Once you make a selection, your preferred invoice terms are automatically applied to all invoices going forward. Click Save then choose Done.
Click List on the top menu bar. On the drop-down list, click Templates. Double-click the invoice template, Click Additional Customization at the bottom. Put a check mark under Screen for Terms. Hit OK. Click OK again.
Go to customers and click on receive payments to open the desired window. Then select “received from” from the drop-down list and choose the customer's name. This action will show you the lists of all outstanding invoices you have at the bottom of the window.
Go to the Lists menu and select Templates. Locate the invoice and double-click it. On the Company & Transaction Information section, remove the check for the Print Status Stamp. Click OK to save it.
Open an invoice past its due. Select Formatting, then choose Manage Templates. Select the invoice template you want to use and select OK. From the “Company & Transaction Information” section, select Print Past Due Stamp. Select OK.
