The App is clunky and not easy to use and annoyed that when trying to combine different documents have to upgrade to the next level.
So overall good product on laptop, poor app and disappointing capabilities v price.

I love how easy PDFfiller is to use, and with all the how to do's no one should ever run into a problem they can't overcome on there own. As well the membership cost is great. Thank you so much for this great program.

Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). It worked great in a pinch, but given the cost and how often you may or may not need something like this, I wonder if it'd be cheaper to buy a program to use rather than to keep this going on a monthly basis. I think it really depends on your individual needs. Though, when I needed something typed and there was no fillable version, this site was a lifesaver!

Not a big deal if you're not a developer, but the price of using their API is kind of ridiculous! $149 a month, seriously? Why don't don't you offer a reasonable smaller plan developers trying to accomplish minor things.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make it possible in Zapier to send contracts for signing to Send Now, looks more legitimate to clients in my opinion for signing.

Great software
Excellent, the software is very easy to set up and use and gives me all the functions that I need to edit documents.
Ease of use. It allows us to edit documents easily and send them out to clients for signature.
Lack of choice of fonts. When you edit a document, the font is automatically changed, meaning you have to change the font throughout the document.

The software is easy to navigate and user friendly.
Not paying the Adobe prices.
The software is very intuitive which is reduces time determining and understanding feature sets about the tool.
Some features require a different level of membership which cost more and should be included with the basic package.

Good product for the money
this product is well priced which is great for a startup business. The accessibility of acord forms is a big plus. I do wish it had a few more features that would make it even better - like the ability to attach an email without having to save in pdf and upload - and having a task option for future projects would be so great.
Ability to create and save documents required by insurance industry is a plus. I like being able to access the program from anywhere and being able to upload documents for client files.
Does not have ability to do sub folders and wish there were a section for each client for notes for tracking of conversations. Also wish there were a calendar where you could add tasks with reminders.
