I don't pay for PDFfiller so I can only say speak to the ease of use on features that I think are available.
I am not sure if creating a document that is editable in word is possible in every version. If so I can not figure it out. That is my only feedback. Otherwise using this website is a breeze.

I like the form I'm using but the program is difficult to make several additional forms of that particular one. I'm doing it by erasing and refilling. Not sure if that is correct but I guess it is working.

Exceptional Support ...I purchased an online PDFfiller annual plan for $120 by mistake. I really only wanted to try it for a month. Anyway, as it turned out, it was not a good fit for me so I requested a cancellation. It is one of the most hassle-free refunds that I ever experienced ... was done overnight for the full amount. Pdf filler is very easy to set up and use. The monthly fee is at a low cost. Using this service makes completing and sharing electronic documents simple and efficient.
It is not free but is a very good value. You can try it for free to see how the program works but if you chose to use it, you will pay a small fee before you can print or send a completed document. Some pdf files are not compatible or are difficult to get the text exactly where I want it.

This program is easier to navigate than the Adobe PDF program. I have used it for many forms that are not fillable and it looks a million times better than my handwriting!!

Great Customer Service
Used the service on a free trial, was a positive experience but I didn't need it after I was done applying for apartments. Forgot to cancel after my trial and was charged for 2 months, contacted customer service on their live chat and was given the full refund within a minute! World class customer service!

Easy PDF
PDF filler is undoubtedly among the best software I have used for manipulating PDF documents. Easy to use, it offers many features and is less expensive than other software competitors. The only real flaw in my opinion is the lack of clarity about the free trial. The user can modify his document and only when downloading it he is asked to register with a payment method. This can be confusing and irritating if you don't know it beforehand.

Great service. I thought my subscription had expired but the tech support hooked me back up in a jiffy! I prefer to use PDFfiller program rather than the Acrobat Reader DC program. I will always renew my subscription in the future.
