I would give it a 5 except that when I go to edit a template, it shows up with over 1/2 or 3/4's of the page covered up! I have to keep closing it & reopening it to maybe finally work! Very frustrating.

Paul was fantastic. I have been chatting with several other people since April 3 and no one could figure this problem out. I was emailed that this issue had been referred to technical support and they could not provide adequate assistance. As I am not computer friendly, Paul was very helpful. He was very patient with me. I am extremely grateful to him for resolving this issue.

Very satisfied so far. Have not yet utilized the notary service but plan to do so. Very happy editing PDFs. My only complaint is that it's far too expensive for my needs as an individual. I can see how it would be well worth it for a business, but in my case, I will likely cancel after a month because I just can't afford it. Please consider a cheaper option for individuals &/or sole proprietors. That said, it's a great service -- far better than others I've used. Great job.

Can I put my wife on the title but not the mortgage?
Yes, having both your names on the house title won't affect your mortgage or who's responsible for paying it. The person with their name on the mortgage is solely responsible for the loan. However, in a common-law state, when one partner dies, their spouse may become legally responsible for all their debt.
Is a release of a mortgage the same as a deed?
You should have received your deed at the closing upon purchasing the property. Unlike a car title, a new deed is not generated when you pay off your mortgage. The lender will record a Release/Satisfaction of Mortgage with our office to prove the mortgage has been paid.
