I LOVE THIS SERVICE SO FAR. IT HAS ALLOWED ME TO CREATE THE DEMOGRAPHICS FORM FOR TAX PAYERS IN THE LAY OUT THAT I ALWAYS DESIRED. THE BONUS TO THE LAYOUT IS THE PDF FILL IN THAT ALLOWS YOU TO INSTRUCT THE CLIENT RIGHT WITHIN THE CELL. I've tried other programs to convert pdf files and it didn't work. At least you were able to convert from pdf to a document I needed to type and enter information on before submission. I would like to save my resume' in a docx. file without loosing the format. My resume is already created but I would like to make changes on it when I get a new job. Please help!!!

The only complaint that I have is that in the editing section it isn't user friendly. For me I had to just rewrite my whole paragraph since it wasn't easy to just copy and paste! Otherwise I am really pleased with the pdf revise site.Jacqueline Radell- McRaney

Not only did I find the product acceptable, but the Customer Service was wonderful, the fast response was the most surprising. My issue was resolved in a day or so ONLINE and included a refund. Keep in mind you cannot get that type of service in person At your local store.

How do I transfer a toll tag to a new car?
Go get a new toll tag, tell them you get a new car and that you need to turn off your old one. They will deactivate it and then add your new license plates to the new current toll tag.
How do I transfer a toll tag?
A single Tolling may not be assigned to more than one vehicle at a time. However, customers can have up to three (3) Tollways on a single account at no additional cost. If you would like to request additional Tollways, log into your account online or contact the Customer Service Center at 972-818-6882 or 817-731-6882.
Can I pay someone else's toll tag?
If you're driving a friend's car, you can still buy a pass for your trips you don't need to be the vehicle owner. If you aren't the registered owner of the vehicle, you can still pay the toll invoice online. All you need to do is enter the toll invoice number and proceed through the payment process.
What happens if you don't have a toll tag?
The tolls charged will be at least 50% higher than if you had used a toll tag. If you don't pay the bill promptly, you will get additional bills, that will include additional fees. Continue to ignore, and you can be blocked from renewing car registration, and your car may be impounded.
Can I transfer my EZ tag to another car?
Yes, you may transfer a transponder between vehicles as long as they are of the same vehicle class. There are penalties for using a transponder in a different vehicle class (i.e. Car transponder in a tractor- trailer.) Please be sure that all vehicles using the transponder are listed on your EZ Pass account.
Can you transfer EZ tag?
No. The chip located inside the sticker-type EZ TAG becomes damaged when the tag is removed from the windshield. EXTRA does not advise attempting to transfer tags. We recommend the purchase of a new EZ TAG when replacing your windshield or purchasing a new vehicle to ensure your toll road access.
How do you remove an EZ tag from a car?
You can remove a vehicle from your Total account by logging into your account online or by calling the Total Customer Service Center. It is important to update your account and deactivate the Total sticker that was on your vehicle right away, so your account is not linked to a vehicle you no longer own.
Can I use my EZ tag before it comes in the mail?
Previously, customers were required to wait several business days for their tag to come in the mail, or drive to an EZ TAG store to pick up the tag before using the road.
