The conversion from Pdf to word was the smoothest I've seen. There are very few errors. AMAZING! After reviewing the document I noticed that the conversion dropped the letter F. If there were two f's in a word the conversion dropped one of them.

Is it legal for an employer to change your pay?
Pay cuts are legal as long as they are not done discriminatory (i.e., based on the employee's race, gender, religion, and/or age). To be legal, a person's earnings after the pay cut must also be at least minimum wage. In those situations, an employer cannot arbitrarily cut your pay or change your hours.
Can my employer change my contract and reduce my pay?
If your employer asks you to work fewer hours or take a pay cut, this is a change to your contract of employment. Any change to your contract of employment must be agreed by both you and your employer. If you don't accept a reduction in your working hours or pay, your employer may decide to make you redundant.
Can my employer change my rate of pay?
Where this is not the case, your employer cannot reduce it without your agreement, as this would change the terms of your contract of employment. Again, you may agree to reduced wages, if, for example, the alternative may be reduced hours or redundancy in the current economic situation.
Can an employer change your pay from salary to hourly without notice?
At-will employment doesn't just cover firing, however: An employer can also change the status of an at-will employee -- including, for example, the employee's hours, salary, title, job duties, worksite, and so on -- without notice and without cause.
Does your pay stay the same if you transfer?
Sometimes, pay may be lower depending on the store you transfer to. You loose all your hours you have recently made at the other store location. Yes you will always make the same pay because you're under a certain contract.
Is it illegal to change pay rate?
Most of the time it is legal to reduce an employee's pay, but there are some instances in which it isn't. Surprise A surprise pay cut is illegal. Employers are obligated to pay employees the agreed-upon rate. If employers wish to change that rate, they can do so but first employees must agree to it.
