Also you need to add the ability to erase to the lowest membership level. You can do a couple of things such as restrict the number of new forms per month, offer a 1-5 form only fee, or only a 1 month membership fee. In the past 3 years I've used this service only twice now as I am not a business.

It was really easy to modify the text but it didn't allow for modifying the form itself. When I ran out of blocks (Employee Review Form), I couldn't add any lines to the bottom or even take away some of the "Reviewer comments" to give me space to add more lines for categories.

For your custom e-flyer we strongly recommend a layout of 8.5 × 11 inches or the equivalent measurements thereof. In principle we have some flexibility, but maintaining the 8.5 × 11 standard will help ensure the rapid coding and delivery of your custom e-flyer.
