Even if you aren't using PDF as your standard file format, it's easy to convert any other type into it. You can also create just one PDF file to replace multiple documents of different formats. It is also the best choice if you want to control the appearance of your content.

The program requires no OCR software which in my experience creates lots of problems for most "Form Filler" software I have tried to use in the past.

The support with this company surpasses… The support with this company surpasses anything I have ever dealt with. Honestly, I NEVER write reviews because I have never been moved to do so; however, today I was. Quick response, did exactly what I wanted, no questions asked just solutions. We can all learning something from this great customer service. This is too few and far between nowadays. "Sam" is who helped me today and I hope he gets the recognition that they deserve!

To format data labels in Excel, choose the set of data labels to format. To do this, click the Format tab within the Chart Tools contextual tab in the Ribbon. Then select the data labels to format from the Chart Elements drop-down in the Current Selection button group.

In Excel 2003 and earlier, this is easy to do manually. Format the first series as desired, select the next series (use the up arrow key), press the F4 key, repeat the up arrow/F4 cycle until all series look the same.
Click any data label once to select all of them, or double-click a specific data label you want to move. Right-click the selection >Chart Elements. If you decide the labels make your chart look too cluttered, you can remove any or all of them by clicking the data labels and then pressing Delete.
