There were some issues when I tried to fill documents online. Find that I have to download the document.

How do I pass the DMV vision test?

The test must show that you have visual acuity of at least 20/40 (based on the Snellen Visual Acuity Scale) in either or both eyes, with or without corrective lenses. If you are mailing or bringing a Vision Test Report to DMV.
