Meaning, the directions I would have found easier to follow would be in steps...step 1, then step two, etc. In other words, the program was really user friendly to first time user. Pretty good. i didnt type for a long time and when i came back it blew away everything i filled out. Is there a way to keep that from happening. of course i know i can just click done but is there a way.

What do you like best?
PDFilller is so easy to use. I am "tech challenged" and I have no problems using this program.
What do you dislike?
That I can't upload more than one document at a time even though there is an option for uploading multiple documents and that whenever I print or save a document the program doesn't revert back automatically to my "inbox"...it's just a lot of clicking...too many steps to get from "a" to "b" sometimes.

What do you like best? With a lower monthly fee, I can log in and have the capability to use the editing tools to update and sign my files with ease What do you dislike? I do wish that notification would go out to my email if or when the website is updating the platform What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? With any update that has adjusted the layout, I have been able to get ahold of customer service for clarification. Although the 24hrs wait for a response is frustrating

I accidentally forgot to cancel my… I accidentally forgot to cancel my subscription (I only wanted to use the free trial) and my PayPal was charged $144. I freaked out and emailed pdfFiller’s customer support and they got back to me within an hour and refunded me! In the future I plan on using their services (right now I can’t afford it) because of how amazing their customer support is!
