The best part is that it automatically "carbon copies" to other pages if they require the same information (ex: 1099 tax doc). I've used other PDF generating programs and you have to manually fill in each page. This is such a time-saver and seems like an obvious feature that would be part of any PDF program. I guess this is what makes PDFfiller a greater product than the competition!

It's good
At first it can be a little overwhelming with all the options but once you get the hang of it is pretty essay. I really like that it saves all your files too, just in case.

Filling out forms on the daily used to be such a pain. Now it is easy!
so much better than printing a page, filling it out, getting my boss to sign it, scanning it, and emailing. upload a signature, fill it out, email or save to computer. easy peasy
Honestly nothing. If I HAD to complain, scrolling from page to page on a multi-page document isn't always smooth scrolling.

This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again if I had a need.TL

What do you like best?
The templates are really helpful. It can automatically be saved with new information.
What do you dislike?
The signateure date and initialling has to clicked for each time. Would like to be able to just click the option and repeat that option several times without selecting it.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Can send out contracts and paperwork. Re-formatted the paperwork to be filled out electronically and it's much clearer.

It's great. Not as good as adobe in the areas of text replacement or image addition. It is also not as sophisticated for selection mechanisms. If you need to fill in documents or create PDFs this is a solid application that can do the stuff that you will need quickly and cheaply.

Why does spouse have to sign deed?
One of those statutes (N.C.G.S. 39-7) says that in order for a married person to convey good title to real estate, both spouses must sign the deed. Part of the reason for this statute is that spouses have certain inheritance rights and unless both sign the deed, those inheritance rights are not waived.
Does spouse have to be on deed?
If you and your spouse or registered domestic partner take title to a house together that is, both of your names are on the deed you both own it. If the property is valuable but has no title document, such as a computer, then the person whose income or property is used to pay for it owns it.
Should I put my spouse on deed?
While there are some good reasons to add your new spouse to your Deed, there's also a reason why you shouldn't. Ultimately, there is no right answer. When you put your spouse on the Deed to a property that you owned individually prior to marriage, you are creating what's called a tenancy by the entire ties.
Does spouse have to sign quit claim deed?
A quitclaim deed is legally binding. The transferring spouse eliminates his rights to the property after signing it.

Common-Law States. In a common-law state, you can apply for a mortgage without your spouse. Your lender won't be able to consider your spouse's financial circumstances or credit while determining your eligibility. You can also put only your name on the title.
