Chart Text Application: simplify online document editing with pdfFiller

The Portable Document Format or PDF is a standard document format used in business, thanks to the accessibility. You can open them on any device, and they will be readable similarly. PDFs will appear the same, regardless of whether you open it on Mac, a Microsoft one or use a smartphone.

Security is another reason we rather use PDF files for storing and sharing personal information and documents. That’s why it is important to find a secure editing tool, especially when working online. PDF files are not only password-protected, but analytics provided by an editing service allows document owners to identify those who’ve accessed their documents and track any and all potential breaches in security.

pdfFiller is an online document creating and editing tool that allows to create, modify, sign, and send PDF directly from your browser. It is integrated with major CRM software and allows users to sign and edit documents from Google Docs or Office 365. Forward it to others by email, fax or via sharing link, and get a notification when someone opens and completes it.

Use editing tools to type in text, annotate and highlight. Add fillable fields and send for signing. Change a document’s page order. Add and edit visual content. Collaborate with others to complete the fields and request an attachment. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to cloud.

Complete any document with pdfFiller in four steps:

01
Browse for your document from the pdfFiller's uploader.
02
To edit the content of your document, click the 'Tools' tab and highlight, redact, or erase text in your text box.
03
Insert additional fields to fill in specific data and put an e-signature.
04
When you've finished editing, click the 'Done' button and save or email your document.

Loving it so far. Wish the search for documents in their library was easier to find, but other than that, I've been very happy with ease and quality.

This is something of a category killer. I'm really glad I signed up for this service. It's great for the property rental market. The UX is a little basic and could use some help but it is functional. (Kevin Kell, UX Architect)
