This was the best PDF editor site I have seen thus far! It was so smooth and easy to use, as well as had multiple options to easily save and transfer the document without needing to convert everything back and forth!

An Efficient Time Saver
It is easy to update the documents with some features of a Word Document.
However, there should be more variety in the fonts and I wish it didn't change the original/all font when I edit part of it.

What do you like best?
I love the fact documents may be completed and signed electronically without the need to print, scan, and attach anything. It's so much easier, cleaner, and more secure!
What do you dislike?
The only issue I have had, which could certainly be user error, is that one of the links to an informational PDF (it's a read-only document) sometimes stops working. I am made aware of this when I send the link to someone new and the person responds to say an error message appears upon clicking. I have no idea why this happens and it's always associated with this particular document.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Per my comments in response to what I like best, using this tool prevents the need for recipients to print, complete by hand, scan, then attach documents to an email. It's also a more professional-looking and more secure approach to document sharing.

Easy to Use
It's been fantastic to use to add whole sections into a document without having to re-do everything.
We haven't required something like this often, so I love that I can access this software for free, on an as-needed basis.
Haven't needed to use the software enough to have any issues arise that I couldn't troubleshoot on my own.

Does Anger have lifetime warranty?

How long is Anger warranty?
Sorry to hear that! Lucky for you, Anger has a fantastic 18-month warranty on their products. As long as your product is still within that 18-month window, you should be good to go to get a replacement.

They're all what I'd call very good you'll see a lot of 4-star reviews on Amazon for Anger gear, and that's a good indicator of their quality. How do you claim warranty on tires?
