What do you like best?
The ability to create a document, upload a document, search and find document files, edit, and then fax or email to anyone anywhere right from the convenience of your laptop anywhere in the world. All documents created are saved in your account for return access, and activities (fax, email and receipts for delivery) are also recorded and saved.
What do you dislike?
So far I have not discovered something I do not like. I have uploaded, created, searched for online documents to use, and both faxed and e-mailed documents without an issue.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Can work and send from home, work, on the road. No need to hunt for a fax service / company; no need to leave where I am at to go fax a document; can work and send documents in the middle of the night right from home or while on the road; have been able to search and find online documents and upload into account for editing use; easy to share documents via PDFiller; you can send documents to anyone with an e-mail address - your recipient does not need to leave their laptop either!

Notarization of the document by Notary Public in the USA. Authentication by Secretary of State, the USA in the state where the document was issued. Apostle by the Department of state, USA. Legalization by the UAE embassy in Washington DC, USA.
Generally, attestation can be performed by any witness or person who is above 18 and who does not own the document that is been certified. There are certain key differences between notarization and attestation.
Character certificate can only be attested by Police record verification and Group A gazetted officer. For copies of original documents, both Group A and Group B officers can attest the documents. The name, designation and contact number of the gazetted officer should be clearly mentioned.
First, a notarization can only be performed by a public notary while an attestation may be done by anyone who can serve as a witness. Also, when a notarial act is in process, the Notary Public will need to put his or her stamp or seal on the document.
Take your original documents as well as the photocopies to your nearest police station, post office, or lawyer's office. Ask them to certify the documents, and they will stamp them. You do NOT need to pay anyone to certify a document, it is a free service.
To obtain an apostle you must send the following information: Original notarized document to be authenticated or a certified copy to be authenticated that includes the original certification. Fee is $15.00 per document (a document can be more than one page).
The California Secretary of State provides an Apostle to authenticate California public officials' signatures on documents to be used outside the United States of America. There are two ways to obtain an Apostle in California: By Mail — An Apostle can be requested by mail through our Sacramento office.
An apostle is the authentication of a document for use outside the United States. If country where the document will be used IS also be a member of The Hague Convention in order for this process to be used, then the document will be certified by apostle by the Secretary of State of the issuing State.
