The Portable Document Format or PDF is a widely used file format used for business records because you can access them from any device. PDF documents will always appear the same, whether you open it on Mac, a Microsoft one or on smartphones.

Data protection is the primary reason professionals in the business and academic world choose PDF files to share and store information. That’s why it’s essential to pick a secure editing tool, especially when working online. In addition to password protection features, some platforms offer opening history to track down people who read or completed the document.

pdfFiller is an online editor that allows to create, modify, sign, and share your PDF files directly from your browser. Thanks to the numerous integrations with the popular solutions for businesses, you can upload an information from any system and continue where you left off. Great software. Only thing is that i wish the email could be modified to where i can get paperwork sent directly to it. The automated one we're given is way to complicated to remember so copy and paste it is. Other than that this is amazing software.

What do you like best?
I can send as many documents out for signature as I want. No restrictions. I used to use Adobe, but they had a cap on the amount of documents you can send for signature. When I tried to get that upgraded, they had outlandish prices for this same service. With PDFfiller, I can send all the documents I want and I'm also able to save all of them securely.
What do you dislike?
I wish the PDF conversions didn't come out like pictures. When I convert a PDF to Word, it always comes into Word as a picture instead of being able to edit the document. As a recruiter, I receive a lot of resumes that need some work before we can submit them to clients. I still have to use Adobe for this function, so now I'm paying for two PDF programs. I can't just stay with Adobe though because of the above mentioned issues.

If you need eSignatures, this is the program to go with.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Remote onboarding is a breeze with PDFfiller. I am able to send HR documents to people across the country and still get them to work on time. I'm in VA and have to get employees to work in all states across the country, as well as oversees. We have to get documents to them for signature and faxing doesn't always work. With PDFfiller, we can send anyone any document and get it back fully signed by them. It's truly wonderful.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Take the time to read your lease thoroughly and carefully because, once you sign, the terms are legally binding. If you don't understand a clause, ask for clarification. If you want to make or request changes to the lease, both you and the landlord should initial them.
A lease, however, is an agreement between a landlord and tenant which gives the tenant the right to occupy a property for a longer (fixed) period of time, usually six months to a year. In exchange for the right of occupancy, the tenant agrees to pay rent and abide by the other terms of the lease.
Names of all tenants. Every adult who lives in the rental unit, including both members of a married or unmarried couple, should be named as tenants and sign the lease or rental agreement. This makes each tenant legally responsible for all terms, including the full amount of the rent and the proper use of the property.
Familiarize yourself with your state's laws. Property management and real estate laws differ depending on what state -- and even city -- you live in. Write an explicit and easy-to-understand contract. Include all the stipulations that you require. Include details regarding the deposit. Consult with an attorney.
Names of all tenants. Limits on occupancy. Term of the tenancy. Rent. Deposits and fees. Repairs and maintenance. Entry to rental property. Restrictions on tenant illegal activity.
Collect each party's information. Include specifics about your property. Consider all the property's utilities and services. Know the terms of your lease. Set the monthly rent amount and due date. Calculate any additional fees. Determine a payment method. Consider your rights and obligations.
If the apartment is empty and ready for you to move in, you'll get the keys when you sign the lease. Chances are, however, that the previous tenant will still be there or the apartment needs more work or your lease doesn't officially begin until a certain date. In these cases, you won't get the keys until move-in date.
You should aim to send the lease to your tenants 5 weeks before their move-in date. Let your tenants know when you expect the lease returned to you. This will help ensure you get it back in a timely manner. If you require they return it in 5 days, you'll be right on time to sign the lease 30 days before they move in.
