Works great with laptop, but Was time consuming and difficult to work on IPad. Had to switch to my laptop in order to speed up the process and complet the job.

Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). I love that I can use it on my phone via app and on my desktop laptop. I love how quickly I can signed my documents and also send via email and no when the receiptant downloaded my document. I also like I can faxes as well.

There was a time I need to edit a document and was not able to do so and the customer service was no very helpful.

If you need to complete forms, you need PDF filler
My experience has been good, but I think that for people that don't need to complete a lot of forms per year, there should be a way to pay by form.
I can complete any PDF form regardless where I got them from. This form can be saved, printed, and emailed.
The user interface could be better and it could have more forms available.

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POLICIES
Used PDFfiller for one document and forgot to cancel my trial subscription. As soon as I was billed, I contacted customer support for a refund and Anna from the customer support team did it immediately. The process was so swift that even I was surprised. I wish more companies were as quick and understanding as these guys. Will definitely not hesitate to use this company again or recommend it to people. Thankyou so much!
