What do you like best?
I really like how I can fill out any form and it will turn it into a pdf. I also like how I can sign any form with my signature.
What do you dislike?
I do not really enjoy filling out forms that do not provide just a box to type in, rather it is little individual boxes for every letter. When the form is this way. I have to insert a new text box for every letter so that the letters would fall in their own little box and doesn't look out of place. These are the forms that are difficult to fill out. Unless there is a setting I haven't figured out yet.

Amazing customer experience
Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. I had Marie and Anna to help me. They are all friendly and extremely helpful. They responded to my question quickly, and after I explained to them briefly what my issue was, they took care of the issue swiftly. Their software is easy to use. Overall, this product is good and I would recommend it to a friend. Like it over Adobe.
When I played around with the trial, I liked how you had many options and the program layout was nice. Love the ease of use when trying to alter a pdf.
I wish I had a longer trial period and sometimes I could not save a file causing me to save over the original file.

Negates deciphering handwriting
When filling out or reading an application or some other such document, it is hard to manage legibility. The ability to type directly into the fields of a PDF is a valuable option to avoid that.
I wish you didn't have to create an account to use it. It would be better in my opinion if you could use the software with out having to do that.

I couldn't insert tables and extend the size of the windows to write more notes. I didn't't find the explanation on how to do so

I didn't know a service like this existed but it is so convenient and safe or what is happening with the COVID-19 pandemic. I was able to mail very important documents without leaving my home.
