Its great and affordable. There are lots of little features I like. The e-sign is the best feature as my business is online and having authorization forms for the clients to sign.

What do you like best?
We use the sign now feature the most and it is very helpful to be able to edit forms.
What do you dislike?
Maybe add a feature to also compress files and work with a scanner; so we can scan documents right into the software.

My Issue
Only real issue I have is there doesn't seem to be any way to save the same PDF after I've modified it with the sight. If there was a way to do that I'd have probably given 5 star

Basic PDF Editor
I use it for PDFs for our Escrow files. We have clients sign docs and we can make changes to anything that they send us and then send to them to sign off on it
It is easy and very good for a basic PDF editor. You can make simple changes and save it so it looks exactly like a PDF should. You can add and edit text, highlight, adjust sizing, etc.
It is too basic but i understand that it is not Adobe. I wish I could edit the text that is in the PDF more easily to make it match and all look seamless

How do you create a checklist in Word?
Open up a new Word document and type your list of items. Select the entire list and create a bulleted list by going Home Paragraph Bullets Define New Bullet. Click on Symbol and then browse through to use a font like Wingdings. Print the checklist.
