What do you like best?
I really like that PDFfiller is a very user friendly and employs a lot of the same standard editing tools commonly found in simple office software like Microsoft Word. It's a great step up from the standard Acrobat Reader and also has an easier learning curve than some of the more advanced Adobe PDF products. Being able to sign documents electronically is another strong feature.
What do you dislike?
When I edit a document that has more than one page, I am unable to perform a copy and paste across multiple pages, which is a bit annoying when trying to standardize items across one document. Saving documents is also very easy. We can save the document to any one of my computer folders or a cloud storage account.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think that PDFfiller is a very effective and easy-to-use PDF editor and converter. For the price and functionality, it's definitely worth checking out, in my opinion.

Since we often deal with many types of text documents, especially Word documents, PDFfiller has really helped to enable conversions of Word documents to PDF, which are more ideal for certain things like printing. We can also convert PDF files to Word, which greatly reduces our need to perform time-consuming typing. In general, PDFfiller has been a great tool for working with PDF files with its intuitive interface and clear functionality.

I love how easy it is to edit documents and it saves me time.
I wish a few more features are allowable before having to upgrade.

used a handful of other pdf programs, and while there have been a decent one here or there, most have been quite irresponsible, irresponsive, and irritable! pdfFiller is by far the most user-friendly, quick, and manageable one there is, notes this observer! am definitely glad i went for the platinum membership - has not only calmed my disdain towards pdfs, but i am actually having fun with them now! ^_^

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. I love this app but I wish it was more user friendly
I love this app but I wish it was more user friendly. Especially when beginning the use of this app and also know I sometime struggle to figure out how to print or upload my document I need to fill in my information to the document. But other than that I love that this app is out there!!!

Love how easy it is to navigate and how I can auto fill any areas that I need to write in again. It's very practical and I will be recommending it to anyone, especially because i can access legal documents so easily!
