I'm learning it slowly. You cannot merge files in the app on ios. I need that. There are also a few hic-ups. Sometimes after a signature the screen gets disoriented and you have to go back to documents list and reopen. Sometimes after reopening some of the modifications are gone and you must re-enter. Some of these issues may be due to not being connected to internet. Overall it has helped me go paperless and I'm getting faster at filling out my documents using it. A few tweeks and it will be awesome.

PDFfiller gave me a refund and was very prompt in doing so when I stated I didn't not want to keep the service subscription. They were very nice about it with no drama. I chatted with two reps for over an hour each with no results. I then chatted with KARA and in less than five mins my problems were solved. Kara is earning her pay cheque, she is a true asset to this company. YOU NEED YO PAY HER MORE MONEY.

What do you like best?
It is much easier to use than Adobe Acrobat. Much more intuitive functions and file management. It has saved me a ton of time with the cloud storage of documents. I have used effectively for construction related documents.
What do you dislike?
Very rarely I have needed to use another platform because some municipalities require it but 98% of what I need to do is supported.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Remote completion of forms and extracting text from PDF documents mostly.
