It has allowed me to "type" forms that I would have otherwise needed to hand write or type on an old fashioned typewriter (which I still have). I didn't like the way the numeric columns lined up. I didn't see a way to insure that they were all right aligned.

It was very good and worked very well. However, overpriced. I did not like that I could not switch to a different sign on option after purchase and that if I terminate the agreement, you delete access to files instead of offering a transition courtesy print/save/view.

The program is very user friendly. Would like the opportunity to test more documents before sending to clients, so I can see what they are seeing when they receive notification to sign.

I love to be able to use the pdf filler app much easier and it has become very important for us in documents we need to fill out and sign and send. I would like to see some ease in the selecting the editing of a document, can the display of boxes for each section be less overlapping each other, this may be difficult to do. Sometimes when you have a saved pdf document you do updates rather than create a whole new document, we use them as templates. Right now the easiest way is to create a document in Word, save it as a Word doc and as a PDF doc. Which is okay, often, time is a factor and to quickly update a pdf file would be faster. Sometimes the system will not allow me to download the forms I've edited. Sometimes there are glitches in the system that prevent us from logging in and saving documents. Sometimes system can be a bit slow, I notice it more in the afternoon where people may use the system more.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to explore all functions this product offers! There is a ton of functions for the price you pay, take full advantage and improve your day to day work!

This is an amazing service. Makes it easier when you cannot find the forms you need, otherwise.
My parents were unable to purchase mail forwarding services through Canada Post website. A Google search brought me to pdfFiller website and I was able to fill out the form easily. Canada Post really pushes to do these things online & we were unable because their website would not load.
