It's easy to use, I do like it; but it is a little expensive, $80/year is a lot. I use it maybe once or twice per month. I think you would have more customers if it was less expensive.

It was very easy to Fill out the PDF. Then I was suprised I could also mail it, from the same website.
I can upload a PDF and have it mailed, even by Certified Mail.
That you can mail or fax the PDF. You can like email to fax. Which is very good. Especially since I don't have a phone anymore, let alone a fax, since I just use my Cell Phone.
Technical support is terrific. They are always availble, they know everything, they are very helpful. For example, one technician let me email him my PDF, he fixed it for me, and emailed back to me.

The outputs of the system are great ... just your opening page is a bit confusing. I just wanted to look convert a document but couldn't see conversion icons - finally worked out that I have to use Add New button - remember people are coming to your website from other portals they have used before - and like me they look for a document conversion tool!

sometimes when i save my pdf everything…
sometimes when i save my pdf everything is out of alignment. even though in the preview everything is in place. when i save it seems some lines and words are shifted

Do you need a permit to have a party?
Many people do not know that in order to throw a loud party legally, most cities require that you have a permit. In most cities you will need to have two different permits, a noise permit and a permit for lawful assembly. Some cities make require that you get a music permit if you plan on having live music.
Do I need a permit to put up a tent?
In many cases larger tents, such as those rented for weddings and similar functions, do require a building permit and are inspected for safety by the Building Official. If you aren't sure if a permit may be required in a specific situation please contact the Building Department to verify if it will be necessary.
How much is a tent permit?
The cost for a permit is $50. May not be in place for more than 180 days.
What is a tent permit?
Tent Permit. Apply Now. An operational permit is required to operate an air-supported temporary membrane structure or a tent having an area in excess of 200 sq. ft. or a canopy in excess of 400 sq.
Do you need a permit for a car canopy?
Yes, a building permit is required to construct a carport structure. In order to obtain a building permit you will need a site plan of the proposed carport showing its size and setbacks from property lines. A building permit fee is based on the valuation of the structure plus a nominal permit issuance fee.
How much does a noise permit cost?
Noise permits allow you to have a temporary exception to the noise ordinance. You can download a noise permit from the City website. Permits cost $25 even if you are denied the permit.
