So surprised and happy to find this VA… So surprised and happy to find this VA application online and available to convert to a filler style form. Printing the document by-hand was painful and re-dos were tedious but with your program I was able to complete and annotate (where needed) the application in a legible, presentable manner. Thank you for this program.

Difficult to naviagte Frustrating... but it may work better on a computer rather than an ipad. I like that you can create password protected files and templates to sign if there's is sensitive information needing to be shared. The overall function seem to be helpful, but difficult to use on an ipad for sure! I found it difficult to attempt to build a template as you cannot move the fields you create once you place them. It can make for a sloppy look in your template.

During the initial placement, you are allowed to place a settlement on any open intersection (as constrained by the proximity restrictions), so you are allowed to place on coastal intersections, so placing on a harbor is a legitimate placement for a settlement during setup.

Comments (1) Share. These loose harbors are included in Satan: Seafarers. A harbor is a coastal location that when a settlement or city is built upon, grants the settlement's owner a trade ratio bonus.

Exact there as to be one space between each settlement. It isn't one space, it is a minimum of two spaces (i.e. road lengths, edge of hexes, etc) between settlements. # and O are empty intersections on the board.

The two-second rule is a rule of thumb by which a driver may maintain a safe trailing distance at any speed. The rule is that a driver should ideally stay at least two seconds behind any vehicle that is directly in front of his or her vehicle. ... The two-second rule is useful as it can be applied to any speed.
A settlement will earn one victory point, and a city will earn two victory points. You can only build a road onto an existing road, settlement or city. Settlements, on the other hand, must be connected to at least one road, and you can only place one on a vacant intersection between three open adjacent intersections.
1 Answer. Yes. You can build the settlement in the middle of an opponent's road (as long as your own road connects to it and there is at least one gap before any other existing settlements). Yes.
