THIS PROGRAM IS VERY USER FRIENDLY. THE ONLY THING THAT I DONT UNDERSTAND IS THAT WHEN YOU RESAVE THE DOCUMENT IT DOES NOT UPDATE THE TIME OF YOUR MOST RECENT CHANGE.

Not the easiest to figure out initially, and detailed instructions are a bit hard to come by, but it seems to do what I need it to do to make signable forms and merged PDF's.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
A release number, also known as matrix number or catalog number, is an identification number for your CD. It is used by record stores and online retailers as an inventory number. The factory also uses it to track the various pieces of your project through the production process.
Version numbers are usually divided into sets of numbers, separated by decimal points. Usually, a change in the leftmost number indicates a major change in the software or driver. Changes in the rightmost number typically indicate a minor change. Changes in other numbers represent varying degrees of changes.
A point release (also a dot release) is a minor release of a software project, especially one intended to fix bugs or do small cleanups rather than add significant features. Often, there are too many bugs to be fixed in a single major or minor release, creating a need for a point release.
The United States Department of Transportation (DOT), and in the particular the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), requires that regulated employers conduct certain background checks on drivers who operate certain vehicles on national roadways.
A catalog number is a number a record label assigns to a release for identification purposes. Often a catalog number will be displayed on the spine of a CD. If you retain the rights in your recordings yourself you can assign your own catalog number.
A catalog number is the identification number a record label assigns to a release. It is used for tracking purposes by both the label and the distributor. It is composed of numbers and letters, and sometimes a symbol such as a hyphen.
The catalog number is usually the most prominent number printed on the release — often on the spine, on the back cover, and on the label etc.
