What do you like best?
I love the ability to make my own PDF Templates. It is the perfect insurance agent tool when you're doing multiple certificates of insurance for commercial customers during renewal time. I love the feature where I can e-sign the documents and save it as a PDF which saves me ink and paper.
What do you dislike?
I can't figure out how to combine 2 PDF'S and merge them together so I use a different program for that.

I have tried a few other cloud based…
I have tried a few other cloud based PDF Editors and PDFFiller is the most powerful and easiest to use. Their support has also been great when I had a billing question/issue.

The price should be mentioned up front. You have to pay at the end because the document is important. I'm sure that is intentional. Its a good program so far. I will let you know the final outcome.

EXCELLENT Customer Service
I requested a refund on my annual subscription after it had been taken out of my account. I explained that I don't use the software, and did not need to have my subscription renewed. I think this program is amazing! Easy to use. I stopped using Adobe and Acrobat because of pdfFiller. I like the entire setup and organized my documents can be. I think it cost less than Adobe and Acrobat. As far as I know documents are safe and secure.Id recommend to anyone

How do you sign a deed?
Signing as a deed requires those very words and the signature of the person “making” the deed. The signature should be on the document itself approximately in the space provided. The words of execution should name the signatory or otherwise make clear who has signed the document.
Where do you sign a deed?
When executing a deed, you must sign in front of an independent adult person who also then executes as your witness. An independent person can be anyone independent of the deed, unlike some other documents which require authorized witnesses such as lawyers or justices of the peace.
Who signs the deed in a real estate transaction?
The deed must be signed by the granter or granters if the property is owned by more than one person. The deed must be legally delivered to the grantee or to someone acting on the grantee's behalf. The deed must be accepted by the grantee.
Who is required to sign a deed?
All owners of a property must sign the deed this includes spouses in those states that grant the spouse marital or homestead rights. Some states also require witnesses. In some cases, an attorney-in-fact with a power of attorney may sign for the granter.
Can you electronically sign a deed?
Can a deed be executed electronically? Yes! The Law Society's practice note states that if that witness genuinely observes the director signing the deed using an electronic signature, and the witness then goes on to sign the adjacent attestation clause, the deed will have been validly executed.

At a real estate closing, the seller signs over the deed to the buyer.
Who prepares the deed for closing?
The mortgage company usually prepares this deed as part of the loan package and delivers it to the title company for you to sign at closing. The title company is commonly the trustee to the deed and holds legal title to the property until the loan gets fully repaid.
