Easy and time saving
I use it to fill out government and medical forms for personal reasons. It could be used for any form you might need to complete.
It's very easy to use and has tons of forms available. You can upload unique forms and it works great on those too.
I have had some issues finding forms I've completed.

I used this service once and had to…
I used this service once and had to sign up for a subscription. I didn't need it more than once, but I signed up anyway. I decided to cancel the subscription before the free trial was up, but I didn't complete the process so my account was charged. I contacted the email address included in my Paypal receipt and the team was very responsive and they took care of the issue immediately. I think they should make it easier/more clear on how to cancel, or not require a subscription, however, it was useful and the customer service was efficient.

Help With Fillable Fields in Newly Created Documents
Our ministry account created a new questionnaire form for our beloveds, but I needed help in knowing how to use the fillable fields to make it ready to publish and use in the ministry. Kara and some others were so great in helping me learn to do that. They were so patient and courteous! It was a pleasure to work with them as I am not computer savvy! How do you categorize contacts?
In addition, the Android app lets you organize your contacts more efficiently. Open Menu > Settings to sort contacts by first name or last name, or to show or hide phonetic names. On both the app and the website, you can organize your contacts through labeled groups. Edit a contact by selecting the pen icon.
How do I create a contact list?
On your Android phone or tablet, open the Contacts app. At the top left, tap Menu. Create label. Enter a label name and tap OK. Add one contact to a label: Tap Add contact. Choose a contact. Add multiple contacts to a label: Tap Add contact touch and hold a contact tap the other contacts. Tap Add.
How do you create a mailing list?
To create a contact group: Click Gmail in the top-left corner of your Gmail page, then choose Contacts. Select contacts that you want to add to a group, click the Groups button, then create new. Enter the name of the group. Click OK.
How do I create a contact list in constant contact?
Click Contacts. Click the plus sign next to “Email Lists”. Give the list a name that is relevant and recognizable to you and your contacts. The name should be no longer than 255 characters. Click Add List.
