With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. I am able to create and update PDF files easily. The newer/updated features are wonderful. (ie. font colors and actual fonts)

If your company handles PDF files on a regular day to day like mine this is a must-have. From removing or just moving pages to changing/adding the text. I use it daily and haven't found another product that compares. Even Adobe Acrobat doesn't compare.

I can update items that have been delivered to me in a PDF format that I would have issues with normally.

Locating forms is a little…
Locating forms is a little slow/complicated. Also would like to be able to save information that will be repeated on other fillable forms.

PDFfiller Review
In my job, we send out contracts and W-9 forms to meeting attendees all the time. PDFfiller is great because attendees can quickly "sign" and send their documents right back, without having to print the forms, sign them manually, and then deal with faxing/scanning/or taking a picture to send it back. I like how seamless PDFfiller is.
Sometimes, the actual signature does not populate, and all that shows is a stamp saying the person signed it. However, with things like contracts and W-9s, we need an actual signature, whether it be manual or digital.

How do you classify a lease?

How are leases classified?
Lease classifications include operating leases and capital leases. A lease is a type of transaction undertaken by a company to have the right to use an asset. The schedule should outline all the major pieces of debt a company has on its balance sheet, and calculate interest in multiplying the in certain situations.
What are the two major classifications of leases?
The two most common types of leases are operating leases and financing leases (also called capital leases). In order to differentiate between the two, one must consider how fully the risks and rewards associated with ownership of the asset have been transferred to the lessee from the lessor.
How do you classify finance lease and operating lease?
An operating lease is generally treated like renting. That means the lease payments are treated as operating expenses and the asset does not show on the balance sheet. A financial lease is generally treated like loan. Here, asset ownership is considered by the lessee, so the asset appears on the balance sheet.
What is leasing and different types of leasing?
Leases are classified into different types based on the variation in the elements of a lease. Very popularly heard leases are financial and operating lease. Apart from these, there are the sale and leaseback and direct lease, single investor lease and leveraged lease, and domestic and international lease.
How do you account for a lease?
Initial decoration. Calculate the present value of all lease payments. This will be the recorded cost of the asset. Record the amount as a debit to the appropriate fixed asset account, and a credit to the capital lease liability account.
How do you account for a leased car?
For example, if a lease payment were for a total of $1,000 and $120 of that amount were for interest expense, then the entry would be a debit of $880 to the capital lease liability account, a debit of $120 to the interest expense account, and a credit of $1,000 to the accounts payable account.
