It has allowed me to "type" forms that I would have otherwise needed to hand write or type on an old fashioned typewriter (which I still have). I didn't like the way the numeric columns lined up. I didn't see a way to insure that they were all right aligned.

I am happy with the selection of forms, but it could be easier to locate forms I need to complete. Also, your connection is pretty slow. I thought it was my internet the first couple of times, but the connectivity only takes eons when trying to access my docs on your site.

Outstanding customer service So I apparently signed up for the 30 day trial, but with memory issues forgot as I only needed for one thing. However, 30 days later I got charged. Now, although it was fantastic and easy to use for that one thing a month ago, it’s not something I use a lot of, hence why I forgot. Anyway, after contacting the customer services dept through their email, they very quickly responded within 30 minutes and after hearing my story, gave a full refund. I’m sorry I don’t need to use the program as it was very easy to edit my PDF and convert etc, but I would highly recommend this company’s PDFFiller software.

Auto Renewal Charge I was auto charged for a 2nd year for this service via PayPal. I do not need it and was surprised to see the charge. The filler was not completing all of… The filler was not completing all of the number I was trying to type on Florida's RT-6 for example Box 2 & 3 1,600.00 would come out 1,60 .00 Boxes 12a for the employee instead of 4,000.00 would come out 4,1 .00 With Shannen's help I got a work around. The program needs to be fixed.
