I have not found any thing yet that I dislike about PDF filler. I tried to think and I just cannot think of anything that I don't like. It works for my needs.

Time saver is the biggest. It no longer takes me 30 minutes to complete a form handwritten. I just download it to pdf filler and go in and type in the answers. I use it every single day and it saves so much of my time and my time is valuable so it is also saving our company money.

So easy to use and meets all my expectations Knowing that it's there when I need it. I only use it when I get a new tenant. It also saves my information so I don't have to enter it each time. I can find any form that I need. I own a small rental business and I am able to fill out my lease and Pd filler saves it and I can fill out the next with just changing the new lease's name and address.

i have had a great experience so far it is much easier to file medical claim forms than having to buy that specific software i like how easy it is to import documents. I also like the ease of sharing, printing and storing documents Really the only thing i do not particularly care for is the difficulty adding the individual box for editable fields

I had a little bit of trouble using… I had a little bit of trouble using this app but I didn't put much time into trying to learn. I think it would be worthwhile for anyone who works with documents to learn how to use this app but I just don't have the time and only needed one document. When it came time to cancel, they were gracious enough to make it easy by clicking on cancel instead of having to call or write and jump through hoops. Thank you pdfFiller for letting me try your app.

Card charges are expense when card is used, even in cash basis accounting. You are borrowing as micro-loans from the cc company. This creates a loan type liability and when you pay the card company all you are doing is paying down loan balance.
Journal entry for credit card purchases: Immediate payment To find out, subtract the credit card merchant fees from the total sale amount. This represents how much money your business actually made from the sale. In your journal entry, you must: Debit your Cash account in the amount of your Sale Fees.
In the Chart of Accounts: Create Liability accounts for each credit card you use. Add an Expense account for credit card interest & fees. Enter Beginning Balances for each credit card. Create a Journal called Credit Cards or you may prefer to have a separate journal for each card.
Click the Plus sign (+) icon, then choose Check. Click the Bank Account drop-down arrow, then choose the bank account from which the payment is made. Click the Payee drop-down arrow, then enter the credit card name (vendor name).
Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) refer to an increase in an expense account as a debit. Record the expenses as of the day they were incurred. Record the total amount of the expenses paid by credit as an increase to the Credit Card Payable account.
Enter a bill to the credit card vendor, summarizing the total charges on one bill and entering a separate line for each expense account amount. Enter individual credit card charges.
Go to Banking then click the required credit card account. Click New Entry then from the drop-down list click Purchase / Payment then click the Other Payment tab. Check or enter the following information:
