I like that I can find most of the forms I need bit it is very difficult, at least for me to align some of my typing to the actual
corresponding lines. (eg): pleading paper. Im sure there is a way but i haven't learned the whole program yet

I had some initial problems (undoing things and a pop-up overtime I used text boxes). Customer support representative Ellie guided me through it and was able to resolve most of my problems. I still wish I could use the text boxes without the pop-up though. I believe at this time it is not possible.

So far it is good. Convenient for forms that require signatures. No more printing, signing, scanning and converting to pdf a gain before mailing back.

Upon realization of such, cancelation was requested and in a very helpful and easy manner PDFfiller Customer Service Team took care of the problen and in a couple of hours solved the issue and awarded a full refund. Paul was fantastic. I have been chatting with several other people since April 3 and no one could figure this problem out. I was emailed that this issue had been referred to technical support and they could not provide adequate assistance. As I am not computer friendly, Paul was very helpful. He was very patient with me. I am not the most skilled with modern technology. As a startup NFP we don’t have the financial capacity to either hire, or contract with an accounting professional to prepare our year end 990s. I personally took it upon myself to do the necessary paperwork. I kept losing my work, and did not know how to save it without Word. I stumbled upon pdfFiller and decided to sign up.
