It's a great solution for my business needs. We are constantly filling out PDF or MS WORD based forms, be they applications, requests, official government forms, etc... My subscription allows me to now more quickly and professionally, turn-around those important documents. Those same documents, before the PDF-filler subscription, were always hand signed, if not hand filled out completely, then manually scanned into our systems and sent back to the interested party via email. Now I just edit any official document(s) I receive, with tools that keep them looking professional and consistent, and send them back to the desired place either via email or by sharing them, with easily 75% less effort and 75% less time than our previous methods for achieving for the same outcome. Fabulous user friendly interface.. Which helps because nobody fills out court papers for anything fun... Normally court=stress. Your help negated that stress greatly.

I received some paperwork that needed to be signed and sent back to sender in a timely manner. PDFfiller was the only way I could do this. I had no access to a printer or fax machine. I'm trying to learn all of the use of the PDFfiller. I am currently trying to learn how to download some of my saved papers and sign them, then send them out. I forgot how I did it yesterday.

I've been looking for an easy way to fill out these forms other then using a typwriter. The only issue was I couldn't find this years forms very easy. I had to contact customer support. ???

Great Product!
I love this software; it has been invaluable. I have used it to fill out job applications, insurance, medical & school documents. I'll continue to use it.
It is very easy to upload documents to this software. Editing is user-friendly even for those not technically savvy. I like that I have many options in saving or exporting my finished document. Also, I like that my previous documents are saved because there has been more than once that a document has been lost or needed again. I have been saved by the fact that PDF Filler has the previously used document saved.
I have not found anything I really dislike about this software. I'll be honest in that I'm not crazy about the price but I have found this software so helpful I have been using it for over two years now. I've recommended it to several people. I did not rate the customer service because I have never used it. I guess the fact that I've been using this for over two years & never had a customer service issue speaks for itself.

i WAS ABLE TO DO A DOCUMENT IN HALF THE TIME IT WOULD HAVE TAKEN TO UPLOAD ON MY IPHONE AND EMAIL UPLOADING A DOCUMENTS OF 27 PAGES WITH FILL IN WAS EFFORTLESS

What do you like best?
The ability to send a link via email or text to allow a client to sign a document makes things a breeze! I also like having an "encrypted" folder that's password protected for my access only.
What do you dislike?
Nothing really that I currently dislike about the online software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a very affordable alternative to DocuSign or any other "Send to Sign" type of software, this one takes the cake!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I have access to Law documents vs. having to google something for a layout where I can save it & populate the information I need from my data.

I initially thought that PDFfiller was a free tool unless you actively initiated a subscription. Even though they asked me for my credit card information with a free 30 Day trial I forgot about it. When I got my next credit card statement showing I had been charged for the whole year I began a ticket with Customer Service. They were so kind as to immediately understand, cancel my subscription, and agree to issue me a refund. At the time of writing this, I am awaiting my refund as I just requested the cancellation today - but I must say that this gesture was amazing by PDFfiller and this review is the very least I can do. Thank you for brightening up 2020 a bit! Amazing business ethic and professional courtesy.
