I like everything I have tried with the exception of the fact that I cannot download a fillable form to my desktop. I wanted to make a form that I could pull up quickly on my computer when I have a new patient intake. How do I approve a certificate request?
Launch the Certificate Services snap-in (click Start, Programs, Administrative Tools, Certificate Authority). Navigate to your CA in the left pane, then expand its node. Click Pending Requests.
How do I issue a certificate?
Click Start, click Run, type cert mgr. Msc, and then click OK. In MMC, expand Certificates — Current User, and then expand Personal. In the right pane, right-click and point to All tasks, and then click Request New Certificate.
