So far printing doesn't work when printing directly from filled in form. I need to save it to my desktop and open in my pdf application and print from there.

wasn't aware i was paying for it until i saw the charge on my bank statement. that should have been clearer. will know more about how much i like it when i print the documents i have entered. i also would like a tech support number as i am very bad with computers.

It works great, but is very expensive for how often I will use it. I wish there was an option to purchase some sort of punch card or to pay per use instead of paying $20/month, which is outrageous if you are not using it daily.

Works pretty well.. I figured out how to use it without a whole lot of instruction reading. I wish the alignment in the form boxes could be made more accurate, I had to adjust many.

What do you like best?
I receive notifications to my Gmail account on my phone and the computer. I like knowing when documents I fax for insurance companies and claims are received or if there was an error. I like the Word to PDF option and how I can send signature requests to individuals. I like the editing features as well.
What do you dislike?
I don't have any complaints for what I use pdfFiller for.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is very simple to understand and use. I've utilized it every day since since I purchased it back around February 2020. It also keeps a paper trail audit which is helpful.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I can send faxes directly from my computer/printer or my cell phone. It is very convenient. I know immediately if the fax was not received. I know when I receive a fax, which is also nice. It is very beneficial for a small mental health business. I like the feature of email faxing and document creation, as well as uploading my own templates to send out to my clientele.

Can a lease start in the middle of the month?
Most apartment leases are designed to begin on the first of the month and end on the last day of the month at the end of the lease period. But there may be situations in which a tenant wants to move into an apartment at a midpoint in the month.
What happens if you move in the middle of the month?
Prorated rent is applicable when a tenant is moving in or out in the middle of the month. As a landlord, you want your tenant to move in as early as possible to avoid a vacancy. As a result, rent may need to be prorated, so the price accurately reflects the number of days the tenant lives in the property.

What is prorated rent? Prorated rent is a portion of the rental rate that matches whatever portion of the month you're living in the apartment. So if you rent an apartment and don't move in until the 20th of a 30-day month, your prorated rent would likely be one-third of your regular rental rate.
Do you have to move in on the first of the month?
If an apartment you wish to rent will be ready before the first of the month, you and your landlord may agree to start your lease earlier. It's important to note, though, that if you sign a lease to take occupancy on the first day of the month, but then decide to move in later, you have no rights to prorated rent.
Is rent due the first day you move in?
Your lease or rental agreement should spell out the details on when rent is due and where and how to pay it. Most leases and rental agreements call for rent to be paid monthly, in advance, on the first day of the month. Some landlords make the rent payable each month on the date the tenant first moved in.
Should first month rent be prorated?
Most landlords require the first month's rent be paid in full when you move in. In that case, after paying a full month's rent when you move in, in the second month you'd be paying essentially what is the prorated rent, meaning the amount for the first month.
Is first month's rent due at lease signing?
Expect to pay the first month's rent, and possibly the last month's as well, to your landlord at lease signing. This may seem like much money up front, but remember that your lease is starting, and so you need to begin paying your monthly rent anyway.
Should you give a security deposit before signing lease?
Confirm before your lease signing that you have enough money in your checking account to cover these costs. Some landlords will ask you to pay your first month's rent and security deposit with a certified check provided by your bank to verify you won't overdraw your account.
