I just needed to do one form, so I chose the one-month subscription. It worked great, but it was not clear when I purchased that ONE month, that I would be setup on further automatic monthly payments, otherwise I would have opted out of that. Now I'm considering filing a formal complaint, unless my $20 renewal fee is credited back to my account ASAP!

the service is great, however the payment option is miss leading, as it says $6/month and when you go to pay you charge the full year up front, in US$ and some of us are poor, so thanks for that.

Was a little cumbersome at first, but was able to figure out on own which says a lot about a computer program minus an instruction booklet. Yeah, I'm a little on the geek side.

It's a bit slow, and sometimes crashes, requiring you to start over

The Support Agent, Kara, that helped me with what I wanted to do was very accommodating and friendly. I had not fully explored the features of this application but I needed to get something rather urgently. Kara was very patient in explaining to me all that I needed to do. Well, I tell you the truth. I am not an easier learning with software and subscriptions. I have a few such as fileinvite taxdome... but this PDFfiller with the customer service I have received from Dee just not, along with the two other I spoke with has been outstanding. Dee took the time I needed and is very well knowledgeable about how to navigate this system. I am super glad i was helped by Dee... Even though I am a slow learner, and I might need to chat in the future, I appreciate the time and walk through I was provided, I have not hard this customer service before.
