It's a great solution for my business needs. We are constantly filling out PDF or MS WORD based forms, be they applications, requests, official government forms, etc... We love how easy this system is to use for all of our real estate transaction documents. Very easy to navigate on a PC / MAC on a great app for your phone! When on the go we find it very easy to upload a contract document to make changes or to obtain a signature. I also use the program to edit any items for personal use as well. I find using the system helps me integrate school documents for my children. It is a great addition to anyone who owns a business and is looking for a nice way to conduct business at home or on the go! I highly recommend the app to anyone and find it very helpful. Definitely put the app on your mobile device! It work fantastic!

Outstanding Functionality & Customer Service
I tried several pdf editors in my search to save time filling out real estate forms. I was blown away when using the editor for the first time and I inadvertently closed my browser, all of my edits were saved and waiting for me when I returned to the site - even before creating a user account! Now that's nice!
Not only was pdfFiller miles ahead in its functionality and user-friendliness, when I cancelled my subscription because I no longer had the need - my money was refunded instantly and without question.

The integration from the link in the email to the app on my phone. For some reason, there is a disconnect.

If you have customizations and processes you wish to conform E-signature function in your documents, PDF Filler is a great tool. Great for contract-heavy and approval-required documents for our business. Great for folks who have medium to advanced level of word processing abilities and technical capabilities with graphic apps. If that's you, you will be a quick study. If you find it dificult to work in a Word document or Powerpoint or other types of programs, this app will have a learning curve for you.

How do you calculate lease factor?
Lease Rate Factor Calculation The lease rate factor is the annual interest rate divided by the number of monthly payments. If the current interest rate is 6 percent, then the lease rate factor in our example is (0.06/60), or 0.0010.
