At first, I was intimidated by all the different prompts and directions but after a short while I was able to figure things out. It was intuitive and easy. Also, with a little practice, I was able to line up the cursor to where I want the letters to show. For someone who is using this service for personal use (not business) the cost is slightly prohibitive. So I would probably only subscribe when I really need it and can't find a more reasonable alternative. I have been recommending this service to friends and family for sometime now. Very easy to use. Have saved me so much time.
Saves time by not having to re-type documents and I can just add in names on pre-typed forms. It has been instrumental for changing contracts and names on documents
I think, if it isn't in place, a way to be able to use it on your mobile device. Most often, I'm on the go and things have to be changed or modified. This could be huge for a busy person like me.

I liked the flexibility to edit and make changes in my document.
Its rare to get something like this, especially for a pdf format. for me it made things easier as I was working on a pdf document and I wanted to make a few changes on it without converting to a word document.

I needed a straightforward way to file an extra tax form, and PDF Filler helped me out! Much easier than finding the form on the IRS website (somehow impossible?) and hoping for the best.

I had some issues with my account and billing so I used their live chat and it took no more than 3 minutes for them to settle my issue and refund my money.
