Collate Stamp Object: easy document editing

As PDF is the most common document format used in business operations, the right PDF editor is important.

All the most widely used document formats can be easily converted into PDF. You can also make just one PDF file to replace multiple files of different formats. The Portable Document Format is also the best choice in case you want to control the appearance of your content.

Though there are many PDFs editing solutions available, it’s difficult to find one that covers all PDF editing features available on the market at a reasonable price.

pdfFiller’s powerful editing solution has features for annotating, editing, converting PDF documents to other formats, adding e-signatures, and completing PDF forms. pdfFiller is an online PDF editor you can use in your browser. You don’t have to install any applications. It’s an extensive solution available from any device with an internet connection.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Document flattening lets you prepare a commented or annotated document for distribution. To flatten a PDF choose Advanced Processing > Document > Flatten File. As annotations, these are placed by double-clicking or drag-and-drop from the Stamps panel.
Document flattening lets you prepare a commented or annotated document for distribution. To flatten a PDF choose Advanced Processing > Document > Flatten File. As annotations, these are placed by double-clicking or drag-and-drop from the Stamps panel.
Flattening a PDF means locking values in place when the form fields are completed and converted. The form will still look the same and can still be opened on different devices even after conversion, but manipulation of information will be prevented. To do this, you simply need to save the PDF again as a different file.
Flattening and saving files. When you finish editing all the layers in your image, you can merge or flatten layers to reduce the file size. Flattening combines all the layers into a single background layer. The first number represents what the file size would be if you flattened the image.
When you flatten PDF files, it is the process of removing the ability to edit and add values on the document by separating form data and adding it as a text/image. Like regularly scanned documents, standard PDF files won't be edited any more by the receiver and the PDF file will no longer be interactive.
Make a backup copy of your PDF file. Open the copy and choose Advanced > PDF Optimizer. Click the Cleanup tab. Select Remove Hidden Layers Content and Flatten Layers, and then click OK. When prompted, save the Optimized PDF with another new name.
